Our Daddy Chill Pride 2023 Collection celebrates the art of drag in all its glory and brings to life the irreverent spirit of the community. We also recognize the art form as a powerful catalyst for empathy and change by it's ability to break down cultural barriers and challenge traditional gender norms.
Drag is an illusionary blend of masculine and feminine magic that reveals the power and freedom of true self-expression and individuality. An art form limited only by the edges of imagination. Always rooted in a powerful and rich tradition of dissidence in the name of radical self-love and commitment to community, drag offers a home to anyone looking for one.
To celebrate Pride this year, we collaborated with Mexican-Persian artist, Dariush Alexander, to create an iconic suite of gender-bending queens and kings, alluring and campy, imagined and inspired by icons past. This year, we're proud to stand with the drag community and showcase their incredible talents and contributions to our society and to say thank-you for making the world a more welcoming and colorful place.
The collection includes the Special Edition "Daddy Chill" 2023 Pride Pack, the Special Edition Pride 2023 "Daddy Chill" Dad Hat and the Special Edition Pride 2023 'Daddy Chill' Tee.
50% of proceeds from the Special Edition Daddy Chill 2023 Collection will be donated to The Knox Pride Community Center, based in Knoxville, TN. They provide a gender-affirming environment, support groups, resources, social events, food pantries, and clothing closets for homeless & LGBTQIA+ communities. The Tennessee community has been disproportionately targeted by anti-trans legislation. This year, Dad Grass stands in solidarity with those fighting the good (and fabulous) fight!
